There are some important things to do to get yourself ready for the session. Follow the next steps:
SET YOURSELF UP
1. Load Mywellness app from your application store and create your log in credentials.
- Take your HEART RATE SENSOR with you when arriving to 1URBAN. Your sensor will be synchronised with 1URBAN Mywellness® and TEAMBEATS™ heart rate training platform. Then you will be able to check your heart rate during the session and the HIIT training will appear as ”completed” exercise to your Mywellness® app.

Don’t have own sensor yet? Don’t panic! You can BORROW your piece of SCOSCH RHYTHM+ heart rate sensor from our reception.
ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
It is important to make enough time for the first visit. After arriving to 1URBAN we will register you as ”present” participant and synchronise your personal Mywellness app and heart rate sensor to our TEAMBEATS™ heart rate training platform.
Before the HIIT session, the trainer will go through safety issues as well as demonstrate the principles of the machines and the idea of the session journey.
